On May 7^th, Leaders from Lingang New Area Management Committee and Lingang Science and Technology Corporation arrived at Mainline. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanged their thoughts on key issues such as promoting technological innovation and policy support for the eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) and low-altitude economy industry in the Lingang New Area. They also conducted deliberations on the focal points and directions for future cooperation.

 

During the meeting, Mainline's Product Director, Sean Liu, introduced the company's basic information and business scope to the visiting leaders. He elaborated the company's exploration and planning in the field of low-altitude economy in recent years.

Hui Sun, the CEO of Mainline, said that the large-scale application of eVTOL is indeed feasible, and the commercial operation of eVTOL is crucial for achieving the interconnection of the entire industry chain of low-altitude economy and promoting its vigorous development. Mainline has been deeply involved in the upstream of the industrial chain, focusing on areas such as data collection, research, operational services and related skills and professional training. It strives to explore industry operation rules and standards applicable to the Yangtze River Delta region, the whole country, and even the world through continuous practice and application, providing strong support for the development of low-altitude economy.

 

Both the deputy Secretary and General Manager, Ziwei Li, of Lingang Science and Technology Corporation highly affirmed mainline’s achievement. Ziwei Li emphasized that, “Low-altitude economy, as an emerging industry with great development potential, is of vital significance in promoting regional economic development, optimizing industrial structure, and enhancing the level of urban intelligence.” He suggested that the company fully utilized existing resources and technological advantages to take the lead in promoting commuting and emergency transportation within the Lingang area and between islands, as well as in improving backend data analysis and management. The Lingang Science and Technology City will actively create an environment conducive to the development of the low-altitude economy, vigorously support enterprise innovation, and fully promote industrial upgrading. Both parties will actively promote and deepen the cooperation, jointly building a diversified and sustainable low-altitude economic ecosystem.
